New Thinking

Always Thinking Ahead

New Strategies Group thinks five steps ahead. You have to in this business. Anticipating the constantly changing environment before it actually evolves is an essential element of our strategic approach. We forecast trends; we know technology.

Throughout the strategic cycle we anticipate potential obstacles that could be harmful to momentum, consume important resources and valuable time. And should the unexpected occur or circumstances change, we are prepared to overcome the obstacles and adapt to the new environment. We plan for the unplanned.

We are available to you morning, noon and night to discuss the hours, days and weeks ahead. We shape the future instead of just waiting to respond. It’s a proactive strategy and a key ingredient to a successful NSG’s strategy.

Continual Measurement

The success of a strategy and the tactics chosen can — and should — be measured on a daily, dynamic basis. That is why New Strategies Group reserves Friday mornings for client/partner conference calls to discus our progress.

Knowing the progress of your project each Friday gives you the time you need to consider the effect of our work before we talk again in preparation for our next move. But it’s not just a once-a-week relationship. We’re available anytime. In a fast-paced campaign or crisis situation, we know minutes and hours — not days — are precious.

Personal Attention

With New Strategies Group you receive the first-class treatment you deserve. While we consider ourselves members of your team, we also never forget that we are service providers — providing you, our client/partner, with the best counsel available.

You get our time when you need it. Because NSG has a limited number of clients we accept, we have the flexibility to work closely with you, on your timetable.

Morning, noon or night NSG is there for you.

Did You Know?

In the early stages of the 1984 general election major polls showed Ronald Reagan's re-election bid down double-digit points.  With Ed Rollins as Reagan's National Campaign Director the campaign recovered to win one of the most amazing election victories in American history, turning that 18-point deficit into an 18 percent advantage in the popular vote.  On Election Day the campaign won 49 out of 50 states and the highest number of electoral votes ever in the Electoral College.
